Elco Security Systems provides security systems for homes and businesses, including CCTV and video surveillance; burglar and intrusion alarms; smart home automation; video intercom systems; access control; remote video monitoring; commercial security systems; and video doorbells and smart locks. Descriptions of services on this website are general in nature; the work performed is based on the specific needs of your property as assessed by our technicians.

Quotes, estimates, and pricing

We provide free, no-obligation quotes before work begins. Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and on conditions our technicians can reasonably observe. If additional work is required once a project is underway — for example, additional wiring or equipment — we will discuss any changes and obtain your approval before proceeding. Prices are subject to change until a quote is accepted, and may vary with equipment availability and the scope of work.

Scheduling, access, and cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and areas where work is to be performed. We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows, but timing may be affected by demand, weather, and other factors outside our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time service is completed, unless other arrangements are made in writing. You are responsible for the full amount of services rendered and any equipment or materials supplied.

Warranties and guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. Equipment and components may carry separate manufacturer warranties, which are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

System performance and monitoring

No security system can guarantee against every loss, break-in, or emergency. Security systems are designed to reduce risk and deter and detect incidents, but their effectiveness depends on proper use, power, internet connectivity, and third-party services outside our control. Remote viewing and alerts depend on your internet and mobile service. Elco Security Systems is not an alarm monitoring central station unless expressly agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elco Security Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this website, our services, or any security system, including any loss, theft, or damage. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
